EXECUTION OF A COMPLETE TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR EXTRACTION AND SORTING OF NATURAL AGGREGATE INCLUDING INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND PERSONNEL TRAINING

Currently, our company is participating in the implementation of the project:
EXECUTION OF A COMPLETE TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR EXTRACTION AND SORTING OF NATURAL AGGREGATE INCLUDING INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND PERSONNEL TRAINING
for the client Lubuskie Kruszywa Sp.z o.o.

The mine in Chojnów is implemented as part of the EU project “Aggregate mining plant with cost effectiveness and environmental efficiency”

LINTER SA is responsible for the execution of the necessary foundation and construction works, as well as the engineering and manufacturing of technological line equipment,
achievement the required performance parameters of a complete line in a newly created gravel and sand pit,
and the scope of delivery and installatin includes, among others:

– suction and transport excavator with a pump with a capacity of 1600 m3 / h
– double-deck elliptical vibrating screens and dewatering vibrating screens,
– aqamator,
– Allmineral jigging machine (ALLJIG Typ G / F – 2500 x 2000).
– an innovative equipment so called “MROWKA” (mobile wheel steam trap with an expansion box), which was developed and delivered for the first time to this type of plants in the world)
– 13 belt conveyors with a total length of 880 meters, including two turning conveyors

The commissioning of the complete technological line is planned for September this year.
